Weekend 19

 So this weekend I went to a friends house for her annual end of finals party. At her house we played Apples and Apples a game that I've never played before. I still am confused about the purpose of the game because we only played with 3 people. Maybe more people would've been better. She made these mint brownies and I hate mint and chocolate, but they were probably one of my favorite desserts ever.

Weekend 18

This weekend is a three day weekend and one (by one I mean teachers) would think it's enough time to study for six finals, BUT it's not! I need a month to study and I understand we get two weeks for break, but those two weeks are usually more unproductive than my summer break. I have no school, no academic summer camps, no camps, nothing except shopping and cooking and shopping. I would rather have finals BEFORE break. Then I don't have to waste my break worrying or upset when I get back because I procrastinated! Overall finals need to be before break so my weekend doesn't end like this.

Weekend 17

This weekend is the second to last weekend before finals! Which isn't exciting...at all because with finals comes no sleep, stress, and headaches. Finals are probably the worst part of school, but the fourth biggest relief. The first three being summer break, winter break, and spring break in that order. Without any study guides, I didn't do any real studying or planning. Now I'm going to map out my tests and study hours, so wish me luck!

Weekend 16

This weekend was a pretty amazing weekend! I went to Lisle (Lisle is the exact definition of a small town)  for a tournament. So my plans for the day were to average 180. For my last three games I averaged exactly 178. My high game was 194 and I would've had a 205. This sucked because I missed a simple spare and the girl who won had a high game of 201. But it's all good and I learn for next time.

Weekend 15

So this weekend was way too short. I need about two more days to fully enjoy the weekend. This weekend I had a lot of family over this week. My uncle and Grandma came up from Memphis (really South Haven Mississippi on Friday afternoon. Then, later Friday night, my uncles came down from Minnesota and brought my five cousins. Other than a full house my weekend's has been pretty fun. I had a lot of friends over and people I haven't seen in a while. It was nice being with everyone.

Weekend 14

This weekend was a lot of fun, but it was crazy busy. Friday after school, I went to a birthday sleepover! I got make up and my nails done! I ate a lot of pizza and bread and salad and pretzels.I couldn't spend the night because I had a tournament in Joliet the next day. My mom drove me about 50 minutes out to Joliet and I bowled four games and then 10 baker games. After every single game we had to switch lanes, which was a lot of work, but it was a lot of fun and everyone's improving.

Weekend 13

This weekend was technically a 5 day weekend, but if anyone asked I'd say it was only 1 day. This weekend should have been another month. I would move this up to the nest weekend of the school year, so far.Wednesday was a little hectic because I was out all day and when I got home we began cooking. On Thursday I decided to sleep until about 10 or 11. I woke up to more cooking and then family came over and ate all of my food. We left out for Black Friday shopping at about 7 pm. We went to about 5 stores and then were back in the house by 2:30. Then on Friday after we were refreshed from sleep we went back out to another 5 stores. Saturday I saw Catching Fire with some friends, but I hadn't seen The Hunger Games. Then finally on Sunday I watched The Hunger Games on Netflix. Now that concludes my weekend and back to school I'll go.
